We ship via FedEx or UPS.

Larger items are shipped by direct delivery carriers with blanket wrap service.

Please provide a contact number to confirm the delivery date.

We are proud of our creations, and stand behind our work. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to make you happy.

If you decide you still want to return your item to us, we will refund the cost of the item, not the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. The returned item must be received in the original condition.

Custom orders will not receive a full refund.

We pack each item with care prior to shipping. However, damage may occur during shipping. Please contact us immediately. We will need photos of the damaged item, also the damaged box.
